Healthcare Use Case: BI Reporting & Dashboard for a Hospital

Goal:

Extract value from data collected by patients and healthcare staff to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.

Develop a statistical application and a real-time monitoring tool to track the patient experience. This includes saving data related to tests, patient flow, and providing different views. Patient tables will cover information by insurer, check-in status, care details, and wait times. A supervisory dashboard will offer an overview for the entire group, with filters available for each hospital. In real time, it will display waiting patients, voluntary wait periods, and average wait times. The solution will also include error analysis by kiosk, categorised by topic and insurer.

Implement a consultation and reporting system using Power BI to interact with multiple tables. Conduct statistical data flow analysis, supported by a high-availability database and load balancing.
